Empty box
I received an order, which contained two boxes. One box was filled with the one of the products I was expecting but the other box was empty; the box actually corresponds to the other product I was expecting but it was simply empty, there was nothing inside. The package in which both boxes came had no signs of having been previously opened and the receipt states that I should have received both items.
I contacted the company and after one month they still haven't provided me with a solution. They requested me to send a handwritten statement explaining the situation and a copy of my ID but still nothing has happened. I have no product nor a refund. When I ask for further information, it takes days for them to answer and they keep postponing an answer with an appropiate solution.
It's a shame, I've bought many times with them and everything was good, but this is getting frustrating, unprofessional and even rude. Considering my last experience, I would not recommend to purchase anything on this website.

I ordered from out of the country and was nervous about my order. They gave me all the tracking information I needed to follow my package to my door. Customer service was excellent when I had questions. They responded promptly and accurately.

The items I ordered weren't even in…
The items I ordered weren't even in stock, which they didn't indicate until I emailed them almost a month later. I then asked them to cancel the order since it had already been a month (order placed in January). They cancelled the order and didn't issue a refund. I emailed them again in late March to ask about the status of my refund and got a reply back that they would issue it next week. It is now April and I still haven't gotten my money back. I have opened a case with PayPal. If that doesn't get this resolved my next step will be a to file a dispute with my CC company.
Bottom line, buy from another company. This one has too many issues.

I order 3 items on 16/02/2023 and my credit card was charged full amount.
16 days later only 1 item was sent!
No explanation of 2 outstanding items!
No person answers customer telephone calls!
No answers to my online messages!
If I do not receive my remaining 2 items I will report the Mesdessous company to both Visa and to the French Chamber of Commerce for illegal business practices.
Scandalous and illegal customer relations!
