There were no brake cables with the…

There were no brake cables with the group set and I paid £60 to source these separately. Merlin, despite this being corroborated by an independent mechanic have ignored the facts in several emails and I have had no resolution. They are saying the the order wouldn't have gone out, which implies my mechanic is not telling the truth!

I'm sorry, but did you not check the contents of the order before handing it over to a third party mechanic? To confirm our groupset contents are all bar coded and the
shipping label cannot usually be created without all items present when the order is packed for despatch.

Ordered a shock for suspension bike

Ordered a part for my son’s full suspension bike he is building. We live in central Alberta, Canada. We received the part in a short timeframe considering the location. Item was as described and now my son is putting finishing touches on his bike. Thank you

Goods as ordered. Delivery choice not as expected

Goods as ordered.
1 star reduction for delivery options the free slow delivery for the order value that I believed qualified for free was not available. ( It does have a disclaimer so perhaps it didn’t qualify after all) This resulted in
1 Goods delivered whilst I was away so lying in my front porch for 3 days.
2 Paying for something I didn’t need or want and put product at risk

Got a faulty tyre that was falling…

Got a faulty tyre that was falling apart, and as I didn’t go to fit the tyre straight away I was told I had to pay to send the tyre back. Shipping back to UK from Australia is expensive

Whilst we are very sorry about any problem with the tyre, it is the case that anything used and then considered faulty does need returning to us for warranty inspection.

Good product and good price

I had no problems placing my order and paying for it and finding the product I wanted at a reasonable price. Then my order was delivered right on time. The only problem was an import fee charged by UPS that I was not aware of. Anyway I am a happy customer.

What a rare and amazing service I have…

What a rare and amazing service I have had from Merlin, I ordered the wrong tyres and got a no quibble refund, I cannot recommend Merlin Cycles for being one of the rare shops that provide this level of service, I will certainly be using them again and recommending them.
