Never received order in spite of being charged for it. Tried numerous times to reach their “customer service “ by email and phone. Cannot reach anyone. Very disappointed in this company.

I was surprised to read the negative comments about Merle Norman products and service. I always go to my local Merle Norman in The Villages, FL (or call them to place a mail order). Everyone there is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ALWAYS get excellent service and products. If my order is over $75, they even ship my products FREE by priority mail. They always give me a "Kiss" card to use for discounts, birthday discounts, etc. Give them a call to order your Merle Norman products. You won't be disappointed.

I have been buying your cosmetics for over 30 years. I am very pleased with the coverage and the way it doesn't make it feel like I'm wearing cake make up. I do have a problem with the cost. I realize that everyting is costing more but a $15 raise in cost is more than I can handle. Your make up is wonderful but I'm going to have to change to something cheaper.

I received an invitation to try out the new 24Kt Gold primer for free in addition to a sample of the charcoal scrub for the cost of making a purchase. I used to enjoy Merle Norman cosmetics, but it’s been many years, so I decided what better time to go back than now since I’m looking for a new primer anyway. Well, I received the product, however, I didn’t receive either of the two promotional products offered. I called a little over a week ago and spoke to someone in customer service concerning this. She apologized after looking at the order number and seeing for herself that the promised promotions weren’t included in my order. She promised to get them sent out to me and that I would have them within a few days time. Nope… nothing ever came. They failed to send me the promised promotional free samples and they have lost two customers due to false advertising. They failed to include my mom’s samples as well, so I won’t be purchasing the eye shadow pallets or lipsticks and lip pencils I was ordering next. I’ll just gift my purchase to a friend and stick with Hourglass Cosmetics.

Seems like my order was cancelled, I wasn't even notified. I have no energy to deal with such companies anymore. Just stay away.

I made several orders with Merle Norman cosmetics on line. Because I am new to the products I needed to return some items. I have called emailed several times for the status of those returns. No return call or email. I am very upset at this point it taking up to much of my time and I’m being ignored
I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam it’s so unprofessional I ordered from merlenoman@com does anyone know how to reach this company

I have been using Merle Norman Cosmetics for many years.

Merle Norman was a nurse but her main focus was always skincare; hence, she entered the industry and created an empire that flourishes and weathers any storm.

My first makeover was back then but to this day, I still enjoy the entire collection of cleansers, toners, and makeup for my skin type. I reach out to Sandy in the San Jose, California area since there is no Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in my area. Sandy addresses all my concerns without hesitation. Merle Norman is pricy but a little goes a long way and there is always a fun surprise with every order. I have tried other top brands that were less expensive but they were harsh to my skin; hence, I always return to Merle Norman.
