Really disappointing customer service and attitude from this company.

Its frustrating as they dont even respond to calls or emails.

The help, advice and assistance I received from Mandy Bancroft was exceptional for my initial conversation with Mandy she was fantastic, i couldn't recommend Mandy high enough.

After getting made redundant from my insurance role I didn’t how long it would take me to find a new job that would give me what I was looking for until I spoke with Lauren Dono at MERJE we spoke about my ambition and what I needed from my new role everything you can think of. Lauren then came back to me with options that would best suit me she answered any questions or concerns I had about the companies.
