I recently placed an order with Meridian for 2 locks and 2 keys made to code.
Unfortunately only one lock was sent out and it wasn't to the right code.

However I still have to give them 5 stars for how they handed it. I emailed them and explained the situation, within a day they rang up, apologised and sent out my order again and said they'd enclose returns envelope.

Sure enough I received it correctly this time and whilst the delay was a bit frustrating, it ended up only being 2 days and I can't fault the customer service from Leanne.

Warning, do not buy a safe from them, research other more reputable people. They installed my safe incorrectly.

Placed an order on line for security keys with details as requested, paid all gone through. Then next morning got emails stating the delivery address should be different as they could get lost in the post. Then another email, asking my mother’s maiden name, first school, first pet etc. I said 🤬 why didn’t you state all this before I purchased the goods. Just a whatfor, jobsworth rubbish good for nothing rogue outfit, probably run by foreigners 😡

I ordered a key online which (after ordering) they told me they wouldn't post out (despite charging postal and knowing my delivery address) for "Insurance" reasons. My email went unanswered so had to ring. I arranged to pick up the key the next day and asked that postage would be refunded. This was impossible of course, as they 'don't do click and collect' and if I'd order in the shop then the price was doubled!

So I arrived at the shop as arranged to find it all closed up. Someone seemingly related to the shop opened the door but didn't know where the keys were kept, nor could cut keys, nor could offer refunds. On ringing someone else it appears the key had not been cut (I was assured it was cut the previous day) and 'could I leave a number'.

Shambolic throughout. I ultimately received a refund.

Avoid this place unless you can attend when it's actually open and someone can actually help you there and then.

Meridian Security (Leeds) recently came out to update our alarm system (i.e. set up some new zones and change our key code).
The appointment was easy to arrange, I was kept fully informed as to when the engineer was coming, and he did indeed arrive bang on time.
The engineer was really friendly, but also very professional. He sorted out the alarm system, and also spent some additional time providing explaining how the system works, how we could improve it further with some additional security measures, and also wrote down some details of the work he had just performed. He was also very pleasant and genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Excellent service! Two replacement keys ordered at a very reasonable price compared to other suppliers. Easy to order online and delivered the next day and they work better than the original key - very smooth turning. I am very happy with Meridian's sevice, quality and prices and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you very much.
