A few years ago this was a great company, with speedy delivery and a decent customer service team. Now it takes 6 months to get most orders (if not longer), they are constantly changing items release dates (even though the items actual release date hasn't changed) and their customer service is now practically non existent. This is my final order after being a customer for so long. Original order date, July 2025, with release dates for both items in September. One item now says May 2026, whilst the other has no information at all.

Ordered a hat 11th November and the shipping date said end of Nov, when that passed it changed to the end of Dec, when that passed it changed to the end of Jan, and so on until February when I finally decided to cancel my order (not sure whether they’ll actually refund me yet!)

My item arrived on time. The item was packed with care, there was no way it was going to get damaged.

Item didnt arrive and trying to talk to a human at Merchiod is non existent. You can talk to a human and emails to this company are poor. They sent my item on a two day delivery with Evri and my package never arrived. Evri had my parcel for five days and I still didn't get it as it was a 60th birthday present for my wife.
This has coursed great stress and upset and disappointment.
I've asked for a refund and not received any answer to my request.

Great customer service and great products.

I ordered an item in early November with a dispatch date of end of November. It didn’t arrive so I chased it. I was told it would be delayed, but I have to say I wasn’t expecting it to take three months! Waited in today for it as I got a delivery notification and nothing arrived. Overall pretty poor communication and I’ve no idea if it will ever actually turn up.

A good product at a reasonable price...bought for my grandson and he loved it...

My item was despatched and delivered quicker than I was expecting, and it was packaged carefully. The item itself is fab and I cant wait to use it!

It was easy to order they let me know when my order will be delivered took a couple of days.

I ordered a christmas jumper from this site every year. This year I ordered and didn't recieve my parcel because they delivered it to the wrong address. This was clearly seen in the photo which showed it by a bush and I have no bushes situated around my house. I informed merchoid and recieved an arsey email back saying the tracking said it was delivered and was ignored following this. I got a refund through my bank and then they contacted me to try to resolve the problem. Absolutely poor customer service and they clearly hoped I would just not pursue it if they ignored me. Won't be ordering from here again unfortunately, no apology or means to make amends. They also removed my previous review. Absolute joke of a company.

Parcel still not arrived, have emailed several times and no response. Bitterly disappointed.

I ordered an expensive item before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. I have checked the tracking number provided and it’s still showing that Royal Mail are expecting it even now and we are in January. I expected delays because of Christmas but this is beyond a joke. I’ve emailed in several times, tried calling them and it gets cut off and even sent them a message on Instagram all of which have been ignored! This was a Christmas present and not a cheap one! They are actively posting on social media but won’t even respond to comments or messages! I’ll be coming to your offices sometime this week and will be walking away with the item I ordered!
