Purchased a pallet of stock from Mercator and paid via bank transfer. After making the payment, it became clear that the website was fraudulent and the funds had been sent to a charity-linked account rather than a legitimate business account.

The stock never arrived. I am currently pursuing legal action to recover the full amount.

Do not purchase from this company.

I have been a customer of Mercator for several years. I have experienced excellent customer service during that time. Yesterday I had a problem with a delivery via Royal Mail and within 24 hours the staff had sorted out the problem dealing with RM on my behalf and a new order placed for me. This was not the first time I have had such good service and it is much appreciated, many companies leave you to sort out such things yourself which can be difficult and upsetting.

An amazing experience, first time buyer, delivered all to my Zurich address in Switzerland in 4 days upon order placed. When I paid to their IBAN €92.831,14 I was a bit worried however all what I ordered arrived. Speechless. My wife and neighbours couldn't believe it. Thank you for superb mail support and guidance what and how to do it. Your help and service much aprechiated.

I am buying with this company nearly 17 years. They are simply "The Best on the West". For example: I bought 8 cars (6 left hand drive BMW and 2 right hand drive Porsche) saved over £240,000, buying weekly all food and drinks, not to mentioned Pampers for all my 4 kids was complete bargain as well. During the covid we get regular deliveries without any interruptions. More then just recommended to everyone, even more, they are never ever closed as they operate 24/7/365.

It seems like scam, as when put the address in Google maps it shows some weird address.

My own fault but please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid Mercator Direct at all costs.

Ordered a couple of bottles from Mercator Direct, didn't receive any 'automated' payment email and the website (albeit poorly designed) showed an account number to send the BACS through to.

I've so far got a rambling excuse about a coin collection and the legality of sending a BACS payment.

My own fault but please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid Mercator Direct at all costs.
