Terrible service!
I bought a washing machine through the media markt marketplace. It was supposed to come today but i did not hear anything. When i contacted the customer service they told me they will send me a link when it will be shipped and that it's delayed. No info what so ever when it comes and no option for me to cancel the order. I am sooooo mad i am already a week without a washer and i need it ASAP
