Very disappointing experience. Nice underwear but very expensive. Contacted customer services as I ordered 3 pairs of briefs. One was wrong size and another had a hole in it. So far I've been ignored and had no reply to any of my emails. Shopoers should think twice before purchasing here.

I paid for a large order over 100usd and paid for shipping insurance as well. Fedex was irresponsible with the delivery as always and my package went missing. When I contacted Mensuas, they said the shipping insurance does not cover that when I never received delivery. They conducted such deceptive and misleading behaviour with their delivery insurance. Scam products.
Their shipping insurance is such a scam and they refused to do anything.

The order arrived relatively quickly - no complaints here. However, they could took a little bit more care when packaging the order as the outer parcel was slightly damaged.. other than that, five star service.

I frequent both Mensuas and their competitor’s site. Yesterday I made an order just because they promised me a ‘store credit’ of $13-$15. Now their competitor promised the same deal but when I tried to actually receive that credit, it wouldn’t show at checkout and I was livid. I tried to get the credit THREE TIMES to no avail. When I went to Mensuas, the process followed their directions and my checkout was seamless. I changed my mind an hour later and canceled my order. Immediately I got a text message expressing that while they could guarantee that I called in time, but they would attempt to cancel. THEN, another five minutes and they asked if their response time was acceptable to me. THIS is the way to deliver ‘service recovery’. I’m gonna get REAL ACQUAINTED with mensuas.com in the future. I feel like they not only WANT my business, they SHOW ME that they do.

Over a dozen emails. Couldn't get a return correct. I was offered a store credit because their fulfillment department lost part of my return. A very responsive customer service department but not at all helpful.

Ordered $50 worth of merchandise (Order MS-3147630) they automatically tacked on $2.99 for shipping insurance...I left it on just in case. Package never arrived, and they have refused to assist in anyway. When I told them I never received the package they tried to tell me they sent it but didn't give any help or support for me to engage the insurance. This place is a massive SCAM. I will never buy from them or any of their sister sites ever again.

Have ordered 7 times from this site over the last 2 years and have received everything I've ever ordered perfectly. Mensuas:
1. Ships very fast.
2. Has a massive selection of cool items.
3. The quality of the merchandise is great.
I love this site and will continue buying from them exclusively.

Mensuas.com is one place I still want to go back after being connected with for the last 3 years. The store has been my one-stop destination for intimate needs. From the very first time when I got my order on the promised delivery date and in a state that I wanted, there was no turning back. Being new to online shopping back then, the customer service responded immediately to all my inquiries and now I am a happy customer.

The products were delivered way before the date promised. Moreover, I could shop for more undies than what I expected in my budget. The prices of the products are reasonable coupled with best offers. I just loved shopping from the site.

Never again will I order from this company! I paid good money to have my items shipped to me, and because they did not supply FedEx with the proper paper work it has delayed my shipping! When I questioned them, they just say that they are reviewing it and please give them some time. The shipment hasn't moved, and they don't care, they have their money... now its my problem.

I was searching for perfect pair of underwear for quite sometime and finally I ended up visiting Mensuas. Shopping from the site was an amazing experience as I could choose my pair from the best of the brands. It offers all sort of style and design at a click of button. The only problem that I faced was in choosing one pair of underwear that my size was not available on few lovely products :(

I was amazed to see the grand Father’s Day Sale offered by Mensuas and have shopped a good lot of men’s underwear for the next 5-6 months. I am still looking forward to get them because I actually bought a few for my dad as well. I am happy with the overall experience of the website because it is easy to locate the products and buy it without having a lot of interruptions. I can say that I am quite enthralled with Mensuas. Looking forward to a long relationship with the same.

Here I was amazed at how quickly I could locate what I was looking for as well as the entire procedure to place my order. The only thing I wish was better was the timely delivery, because I had placed the order a few weeks back and haven’t heard from them till now. Then I had mailed them the details for further processing and then it was told to me that the product went out of stock hence, that’s the reason for delay. Now the product is on its way! I hope it is good.

I made a command in October 2014 and at the beginning of February 2015 I did not always receive anything. the personnel is inefficient. This company is not serious.

I am a repeat customer here and am happy. So far everything I have ordered has been in stock and I get my packages very quickly. I had bad luck on one transaction because I bought at one price and later found it on sale on their own site, but I just bought more at that time so it worked out.

Review sites are always a weird thing cause mostly they're made up of angry or fake people. I am not fake or angry but I have bought on a couple of occasions from this site and each time everything was very good. The products were good quality, shipping was very fast and i will be back for more.

I ordered Cover Male Boxer shorts from Mensuas and I was really happy with their services. Shipping delivery, product quality and great customer service everything was up to the mark. Awesome website for shopping men’s underwear.

Mensuas is a great website, this is what my friend had to say about the online store. I shopped but couldn’t get through the online payment step due to I don’t know what reason. Called the customer support people and they were very helpful in sorting out the problem. But then, the two stars are for the quality of the underwear I got because it had some loose stitches. Now they’ve asked me keep this pair and they will send a new pair soon. I understand that part but I wasted my money and that’s why it is only 2 stars. Waiting for my product and then I will change my review and rating.
