When I finally received a DHL tracking number, it remained stuck on "waiting for collection" for over three weeks.

The customer service interactions were unprofessional and used fabricated, copy-pasted responses. Additionally, I discovered that the sunglasses manufacturer does not list Mengotti Couture as an authorized retailer, suggesting the products may be counterfeit or non-existent.

I have since flagged this as a fraudulent transaction with my bank and received a full refund. I strongly advise others to avoid this business, as claims to be based in London but it's actually Lebanese!

Their reply is also a lie. Not only did they identify my order, but they also called (I didn't answer) and emailed me immediately, stating the item was ready for shipment and asking me to remove my review. SCAMMERS!
