I have placed two orders now with the company. The first order I placed I just had standard shipping, nothing special. After what seemed like forever I messaged the company and they apologized for the delay, I received forty dollars worth of points, and my package arrived in the next three days or so. The items I ordered were wonderful. I placed an order on November 28th which would make my second order. Received an email the day before I was expecting the package to come in saying it wasn't shipped yet and would ship asap and I recieved points. Then either later the same day or the next day received an email saying that it hadn't been processed yet but would be processed and shipped ASAP and they would bump it to priority 2-4 day shipping. Since all of that it was suppose to be here the twelve or fourteenth and when I checked tracking won't even be here until the 16th of this month. Really hoping these products are worth waiting this long to receive. At some point the points aren't going to make up for me not getting what I ordered in a timely manner. Definetly don't pay for faster shipping you'll be wasting your money. I will say the only pleasant thing about all of the mess I've gone through is the people are very easy to work with and super friendly and they have expressed how sorry they are.
Wasted my time Processing
I ordered on the 13th of october. They guaranteed it would be shipped within 3 days. It is now the 22nd of October and its still "processing". This company STOLE my money and thinks 2.50 dollars worth of memepoints makes up fpr 50 dollars of merchandise i am NOT seeing. Ill just use Amazon. Memebox is a joke of a company and I officially would WARN my friends against them.
Slower than China mail
Prices are fine and quality is fair on products. But all that goes out the window when you factor in shipping. Got 2-4 day shipping? You might get you box in three weeks. Got 5-8 day shipping? Good luck.
Slow shipping
I ordered with priority shipping 2-14 days and it has been a week but my order is still "processing". The stuff I ordered from them are the same price on amazon and/or Ebay... except for I know with emazon prime I would have received the order 3 days ago!
SO disappointed with their shipping speed.
We will see how the products' quality come out.
