I had a great experience with Melody Maison. The delivery was very fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
The furniture is really good quality and was easy to put together. It looks very stylish and exactly as I hoped.
I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

I am delighted with my purchases. Well wrapped, arrived promptly and well worth the money. Just one little hiccup: the two draw bedside tables are lower than expected, but fine for a modern low bed. Best to check height measurements before ordering.

Lovely bedside tables and instruction to put together was a breeze as all the pieces are discretely numbered. Packaging and quality excellent. Really pleased with them. Thank you.

Dropped a star due to the time it took to deliver and also the amount of boxes wrapped around it. Delivery driver said I had to take all the boxes!
But the quality of the mirror was excellent, looks lovely hanging in the bedroom.

Second order from this company. Second failed delivery. Despite ordering specific date two weeks in advance and paying for the privilege. The order was attempted delivery to the wrong address despite all contact details being correct. Once again forced to take time off work at my own expense to rearrange. It’s just not good enough. It doesn’t matter how nice the furniture is if trying to get it is this inconvenient.

@Melody Maison, regarding your response I was at the address try reading all the emails I have sent you and responding to them rather than trying to cover your backs on an online platform.

A beautiful piece of furniture, quality and exactly as described.

I ordered a lovely piece of furniture from MelodyMaison. It was very large and very heavy. I was kept informed at each stage of the delivery process. The delivery went very smoothly and I would like to Thank, the delivery lady and man, who carried the two piece item up our four flights of stairs, very much! Having to carry it up twice! It was a very hot day and I did offer them a cold drink which they refused saying that they had water in the van. But I gave them a tip as a "Thank you!" You're very much appreciated! The item looks lovely in our flat!

The console table arrived well-packed, although some of the packaging appears to be plastic foam, which cannot be recycled, as far as I know, so is difficult to get rid of.
The table itself is just what I wanted. The legs were easy to attach though, as ever, the last one would not play ball until after a couple of attempts.
It's an attractive and useful piece of furniture.

The book shelf was very well packaged, but unfortunately the item was poorly finish. There where machining marks on the timber and the paint was cracked on the joints. Overall a nice unit and the items placed on it hide the poor finish.

I would avoid this company at all costs. While the furniture looks lovely on the website, the quality and, more importantly, the accuracy of the deliveries have been extremely disappointing.

My first order arrived in the wrong colour, and the drawer runners were poor quality. It took Melody Maison a week to arrange a replacement with the correct colour. Unfortunately, when the second delivery arrived, one of the drawers was still the wrong colour.

I informed Melody Maison immediately and was told they were making enquiries with the warehouse manager. Since then, I have received no further updates. I have now requested either a full refund or for the correct item to be delivered for the third time.

I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. Nearly two weeks later, I’m still £330 out of pocket and don’t have a complete set of bedroom furniture. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
