I didn’t receive what I thought I had…
I didn’t receive what I thought I had ordered. I was looking for a disc battery operated ceiling light however I got one that had wires, prongs and requires some sort of power pack to operate.
It would be nice if amateur doll house aficionados could purchase items that are easier to use and don’t require wiring etc…

The items were mailed very quickly, and were beautiful.Absolutely exquisite.You have many great items but what puts me off buying more is the delivery company that you use to send them to USA.They are very slow.One month on 1st order and 18 days on the second.Other firms take 5-7 days.

Badly packaged
I was disappointed in the paper. It arrived bent and folded. Despite saying please don’t bend on the the envelope it was folded in half and bent up. It should have been reinforced, it was a normal flimsy envelope and had no cardboard to deter folding. **Please note there was a flimsy piece of card board inside but not strong enough to prevent folding. The envelope had been folded as it and the papers inside had a crease. I am happy so send you a photo of the envelope to prove the point. I can assure you I wouldn’t make it up as I have better things to do with my time. Point is you could do with stronger card in your bigger envelopes. Take the advice or pretend it isn’t true… it’s your company.

We are sorry you are not happy with your order. We have not received any messages from you. Your order was sent in a hardback envelope to ensure it wasn't bent in transit. I can see from the proof of delivery picture provided by Royal Mail that there was no damage to the parcel at the time of delivery.

Has some hard to find brands
So well packed and delivered by reputable courier. Town square miniatures are wonderful quality, not always found through other suppliers. The bed set was well made and felt substantial. The points system is a good bonus too.
