I purchased a bird bath from one of…

I purchased a bird bath from one of their distributors, which we are very pleased with. However it was delivered on a blue pallet. Unaware of the issues regarding blue, red or green pallets, it transpires that the county council recycling depots will not accept them, due to the paint used. So, I now have to dispose of this in a car, which meant cutting it up. No help available by this company because after my initial email, all emails are being rejected by them, for whatever reason. So, something which you may decide to think about before purchasing anything that is made by this company, because like me, you may have a costly problem in your hands.
