I would have preferred to give this company no stars. I missed an appointment because of my health. The 24hr limit had passed, as i became ill in the middle of the night! A few days later i received an invoice demanding that i pay 700kr!!! If you phone to ask what the 700kr is for, you are passed on from person to person, until the phone goes dead!! The amount i normally pay to see my doctor is from 229kr and up but never 700kr so my question is. What gives this greedy company the right to make their own prices, to line their own pockets??

Went to the doctors and then got a bill from these people. Seem they specialise in collecting what should be normal medical bills and adding their handling fee on top of them. Very unethical.
