⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Lauren (office manager) and this shop!

I brought my 2017 Jeep Compass in because it started burning oil and developed a ticking sound under acceleration. Lauren and her mechanic Phil immediately knew what to look for, she also printed out the official Stellantis TSB for the 2.4L oil consumption issue, and explained the proper testing process step by step.

She performed a full oil change, took the time to answer all my questions, and set up a follow-up in two weeks to accurately measure consumption — no pressure, just solid, methodical work. She was patient, professional, and genuinely kind the whole time.

Note: In a world where good mechanics are hard to find, Lauren really stands out. I’ll definitely be back and I’m sending anyone with Jeep (or any car) problems her way.

We had a not so good experience the first time. But the second time they did us right. Took care of the muffler problem no charge no issues was very impressed with the service we got. Would highly recommend them in the future. Thanks for taking care of us very professionally.

I had my shifter cable break a block away and they came over to my vehicle and manually got it back into drive. I then drove it over to their shop where they completely fixed it under 2 hours. They really go above and beyond in their service and their mechanics are experts! We are new to the area, and this will be the only place we take our vehicle to in the future for any other repairs. AAA+++

They took my right in and fixed the problem. So kind and professional. I was terrified when I took in my car hoping they wouldn't charge me tons of money. Simple fix. Thank you! I'll be back!!

I recently had major engine repair done at the Meinike Car Care on Carlisle Street in Hanover, PA. The service I received from everyone I encountered at this car care facility was excellent! Communication was excellent in diagnosing the issues with the engine and providing a plan to address them in a timely and cost efficient manner. Kudos and thanks to Scott and the mechanics that worked diligently to get my car repaired. Thank you!

My 2008 FJ Cruiser 4x4 ---Lifted- was in a accident from a DRUNK DRIVER (D.U.I.) My Insurance "TOTALED" my car. I LOVE MY FIGHTER JET (FJ)!!! Store #1723 has repaired my FJ before!!! I new the reputation and performance, so I had the Tow Truck drop it off at there shop knowing the 'CAN DO ATTITUDE" would fix it!!! James and Staff did not hesitate & took 'FULL OWNERSHIP' & ordered the needed parts for my front-end suspension that was mangled from the accident and in a timely fashion; I got my "SO CALLED 'TOTATLED' FJ" back at a fair price given the events, It now takes turns with out swaying like it use to given the superb workmanship and parts selection. FORWARD MARCH... this Meineke Marches to the correct DRUM BEAT.

I went to get a diagnostic for my air conditioner. I was told that it’s the compressor. I agreed to have the service done. I got my truck back and still had the same issue. I was told again that the compressor was changed. I took my truck somewhere for another diagnostic. I was told that the compressor was never changed. The number on the new compressor that they gave the warranty people is not the number on the compressor in my truck. They lied. I got a refund from the manager, Andre. He is the person that is saying that he changed the compressor. He’s rude. He won’t refund the money to the warranty people. I wouldn’t take my truck back to them. They are crooks and liars. Please be careful and double check their work so that you don’t get scammed like I did.

Went to the Rochester, NH Meineke and had a four wheel alignment done on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ less than two months ago, same day I had brand new all season tires put on the car. Today I brought my car to Firestone because of a vibration/shimmy only to find out that all four of my brand new tires are destroyed because Meineke misaligned the car and the toe on all four wheels was out of spec. Don't go here. These idiots just cost me $900 worth of tires and another $150 for a four wheel alignment to fix their mistake. Then the GM called and left a voicemail asking me to call him so we could discuss the situation and when I did call, all he did was make excuses about how anything could have caused the car to fall back out of alignment even though I've only driven it 3,000 miles since leaving their Meineke shop. He refused to do anything to rectify their mistake, and wouldn't even admit that his technicians made a mistake. Also had the "owner" reply to one of my reviews (trustpilot, yelp, and Google) and ask me to call so they could resolve the situation. I called, spoke with another manager who took my info and told me to expect a call from the owner that Monday. Well, that was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a call from them. Just a total joke.

I had stopped by previously for a state inspection and they were very friendly so I decided to see if they could help me with an issue with my brakes.

I got there right at open and Ben said he could quickly assess what was going on. He came back in about 10 minutes and explained my brakes were still quite good. He advised me to come back in a few months to recheck.

I really appreciate Ben not only squeezing me in quickly but his honesty and know how to gain trust. I will be back in a few months or sooner if another issue pops up.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! When I first bought my car in February. I took it to this store to have the oil changed. When I got home I checked my oil. After all the confusion I witnessed at the store during my oil change. Something told me to check it. And of course it was a quart over filled. So I took it back to have it fixed. After the right amount of oil was put in my car. The manager at the time ask me how they could make this right. I said just do it right next time and he offered to do it for free. So here it is June 13. I go back to get my free oil change. And of course they have no idea what I'm talking about. I have a email stating I was owed a oil change free of charge. But that wasn't good enough. And as I was standing there I thought to myself I would be a idiot if I let these people touch my car again. So I told them keep there oil change there word means nothing, And I left. And let me say we as a family have spent thousands at this store. But I promise you this none of our 5 vehicles will ever be going to this store!!

So I went to this location twice first visit I scheduled and service took forever for simple service I drive a rental that they service I told Chris the manager that it needed wipers his response we will let u know if it needs them. I told him I had been in the automotive business long time actually managed minekee in Texas. I did not get wipers replaced. Oh well I try them again I had to bring my kids this time my 2 and 4 year old we had an appointment. Service oil change band wipers took 2 hours. He tried to sell the rental company work the car didn'need and told me if the rental company approved it I would have been forced to wait with my 2 kids all day... He wanted to sell work that would take hours this car is 24 with 56 thousand miles on it... 0 consideration for anyone time my kids needed to eat lunch and if the rental company approved the work we would have been stuck.. he did go pick up the wipers but they should have been ordered first that way we don't wait and he for wiper blades to be dropped off a part most automotive shops stock I will never be back..

I was referred to the Meineke Auto shop on East Southern Ave at Power Rd in Mesa, AZ. Trying a new shop is nerve wracking. The first visit gave me some reassurance I may have made the right decision. The owner Gary/Service Manager gave a straightforward explanation of the repair. My second visit on another issue involved the electrical/computer system. Gary again clearly explained the problem and worked one-on-one with us through every step of the way. The repair was intricate and time consuming, but the team went the extra mile to completed it. We were treated fairly and I felt relieved. While waiting on both instances, I was impressed by how well other customers were treated. Good repair shops are hard to find and anyone getting their car repaired here will be in good hands. Thanks Meineke!

I brought my car in to be serviced. The service was completed. When I went to pick up my car during business hours and being informed the work was complete, no one was in the building. No one called me to inform me they would be closing early. There was nothing done to assist me with the inconvenience. I had to walk to this location to pick up my vehicle because I returned the rental the night before, as I was under the impression they would be open for their posted hours and I could pick up my car. The staff was not helpful and could not give me an answer as to why they closed early.

We went to the Meineke Car Care Center on Carlisle st in Hanover Pa. We took our car to get the yearly inspection and oil changed and our insurance card was expired, Scott was so professional, Caring, thoughtful and Very Patient with us while we reached our insurance company to get them to email it to us and forward it to Scott. He was soooo patient with this process because it took a while to get it straightened out. In my mind and eyes I think Scott deserves a RAISE! What a Wonderful Employee! They did an Excellent service on our vehicle too! Thank you Meineke and Scott!

After the meineke shop drained my coolant and busted my radiator costing me $640 out of pocket in repairs. Ive left multiple messages about discussing this matter but will apparently need to go a more legal route unless contacted. They have my number but just give me the run around.

Employees did a great job squeezing us in to troubleshoot an issue we encountered while traveling through on the Power Tour. A very professional and caring team! Can't thank them enough!

I had a brand new Ac Condenser put in my work vehicle and a transmission these guys were fast and knew what they were doing my truck is experiencing better performance and haven't let me down yet. Keith was very thorough on the scope of work and i definitely recommend you guys to give Meineke on College Drive a try...

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location has one man I have been dealing with (Ron). Every time I tried speaking he would cut me off, or talk over me. I had a phone call the day before and was interrupted every time I tried asking a question, once I put a man on the phone he never interrupted him. I was told the issue was one price and is now telling me another. I can understand things change but being told multiple stories of what is wrong, along with being told I would receive a piece of paper detailing everything the next time I came in, to where now I’m being told it’s going to take time. Once I received this paperwork he had an employee bring it out to me, couldn’t even do it himself. He is a sexist employee and a shady man at that.
