Excellent service!
We had a problem on our photo booth not accepting card payments on a Sunday afternoon.I emailed PhotoMe in the evening and the engineer was out early Monday morning to successfully fix it.

Worst Company DO NOT USE
Worst, worst company I have ever had dealings with. First the machine broke with a rug in it filled with water. I was told I would have to wait 3 days to retrieve it. The rug was sitting in its own filth! The company told me I would have to wait for an engineer to collect the rug. Engineer came and chucked it out at the petrol station. Tried to call him he shut the phone off. They tried to blame me for the washing machine breaking. I had NOT put any powder in the machine. Collected the rug that had been thrown out sitting in a bag soaking wet still in its filth. There was a white powder on the rug. This white powder was a plastic. Their machine had been clogged with. Put the rug in my machine and my machine broke. £75 later. DO NOT USE!!! Worst company ever. If I could give zero I would.
Reply - my rug did not have latex at the bottom.The drum was filled with it. You stated it was washing powder and now you're stating it's latex. Which is it??? If your engineer knows what happened. The machine was clogged and broken before I used it.

Passport photo booth
I took some photos in the booth for a new passport, and tried inputting the digital code. After several attempts, I contacted customer services online. I was not confident that I would receive a quick response. However, the response was almost immediate, and my problem was resolved.

Charged twice
I recently had an issue using a machine when I was charged twice, however it was dealt with so promptly after contacting the Me Group UK without delay and the staff were so helpful and understanding.
Without any delay the duplicate cost was refunded back to me with no hesitation.

Unlawful and shocking customer experience
Currently in dispute with this organisation. I had passport photos taken in a booth that was marketed as Me-Group. The printed photos clearly stated that if there were any issues to contact me-group. The gov.uk website would not accept the photos so I reached out for help as per the details printed in the photos. Me-group then advised they would refund me but on application of this they backtracked saying the post office in which their booth was located owned the machine and that I should request a refund from that post office.
Had it been clearly stated that the post office company was responsible then I would have no issue. However the service I chose was marketed as a me-group service, up to and including their contact details being on the photos taken, with reference to the resolution of any photo issues being to contact me-group. Come on me-group - get to grips with consumer rights and the relevant legislation! Very, very poor.

Overpayment in photobooth
The contactless payment in the photobooth was not working correctly and kept asking me to present my card or insert my card. This happened 3 times before I received the message that my payment had been successful and that my photo's were being printed. On checking my online banking, I found I had been charged 3 times. I contacted MeGroup customer service straight away who advised I would be refunded £20.

Passport photo not acceptable
Had a problem with my passport photo as there was too much shine on them, contacted the company and they refunded my money no problem their customer service was spot on, wish other companies were as quick to help you as they were with me
