DON'T UTILIZE THEM TO TRAVEL WITH KIDS. We prebooked them to transport us from Heathrow to our accommodations in London specifically because we were traveling with our 1 year old and didn't want to lug a car seat along with us. They were supposed to provide an installed car seat so she could safely travel in the taxi. The car seat was not properly installed, the driver did not know how to install it and without the instruction manual or the time to do it ourselves, we weren't able to safely secure our child. We followed up with Mega Transfers afterwards so they could rectify the situation (train the driver, ensure seats were installed before pickup, etc. and received quite a rude response). Save the money and hassle and take the subway or a taxi.

Mega Transfers were great when I needed to change the time of pick up from the airport several times, due to flight changes. Communication was excellent throughout and the driver was very courteous, patient and friendly.

Really happy with the service I received. From the booking to the driver, very professional and helpful. Most importantly on time. 10/10 would recommend and already booked them for my next trip in June.
