I paid the $11 dollars they told me to but gave them an extra $9 as a tip but then these scammers called me a liar and said i didnt pay and ran off with my money after that they blacklisted me so I cant even go onto the website.
I payed for an account while talking to a live support representative and got the confirmation that the order was placed and the money had indeed left my account, so I let them know it was paid.
What I got in response was being spammed with " no, you're a dead liar, get out of here " then no further answers.
