Had a product fail out of warranty. They were able to get the manufacturer to repair it for free. Took a while, but I have it back now, and it's working great. Very good customer service.

Brilliant! I purchased the new Nomad IPhone Air leather back that was on back order with Nomad, Sandra from customer services let me know straight away and then continually updated me on progress! Great service is hard to beat and Megamac have honestly been excellent. I’ll be buying again for sure.

I had never heard of these guys before but I thought I would “chance it” as the item I wanted and ordered was only otherwise available from US Sites and shipping would have been too expensive. I found the item on Megamac at a good price. Placed order and the item was received the next day.

I had to choose between ordering from the USA site or MegaMac. I'm happy with my decision - it was easy to order and navigate the website, the delivery was on time, I was notified about every step, and the product is great.

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly provided an old delivery address which I no longer have access to.

I simply emailed customer service and they made sure the warehouse team was aware of the issue. Within a few hours, they retrieved the package and sent it to my new address.

Straightforward ordering of item normally only available in USA. But very reasonably priced for uk. Delivery was good. Will be happy to order again from Megamac.

Product still says preparing to dispatch even though they have sent it. It has still not arrived. Communication is awful and cannot track on Royal Mail. Will not be ordering from them again.
