We chose this service centre specifically because it presents itself as an official Toyota dealership, that was the whole point. We trusted the name and expected the standards that come with it. Instead, we got the opposite, our explicit request for genuine OEM parts was ignored, non-original parts were installed, and the quality of work was poor. This is not what an authorised Toyota centre should look like. That is not just bad service, it's dishonest.

This place feels like an unqualified garage rather than an official Toyota service. Avoid. We’ve had multiple terrible experiences with Meehan's, who supposed to be 'the official Toyota representative'. The first time, they broke our glove box and we had to return for repairs. The second time, they replaced our windscreen and lost our VIN number, then blamed us, saying we didn't have it when we proved we had, they did nothing to fix the issue. Completely unprofessional, lazy, and careless. They damage Toyota’s reputation, and we’ll be reporting this to consumer protection authorities.
