Easy to order Received goods quickly Only drawback was DPD delivering to wrong address twice but first class service from Medscope

Site was very clear and easy to use… Great pricing and free engraving.. Quick delivery and nice to know the company is local and that I’m helping a local business.

Medscope cancelled my entire order. I bought products using the black friday discount and I was happy with my order. They then cancelled part of my order without explanation. I wanted to cancel another order I had with them and they told me I had to refuse delivery of the item and wait for a refund. Not good enough. I'll not be using them or their other company medisave again unless they can get the products to me at the price I paid for them.
Excellent reply, not offering to help me in any way. I am a healthcare professional and was potentially a long term customer. The other order I had with you was left on my doorstep and did not require a signature. Therefore, I had to return it at my inconvenience. I will be letting my colleagues know about Medisave/medscope. If you had emailed me, I may have been willing to wait for stock of the other items and taken receipt of part of the order. It just seems crazy to me to cancel the entire order and lose the business.

Outstanding. Emailed invoice automatically came though, swift confirmation email, nice notification that it was sent, tracking, delivery. While I appreciate I may have been a lucky one, I paid for standard delivery, and the price of less than a coffee it was dispatched the same evening I ordered it (around 6pm), and it was delivered the following day before 12pm. Madness. Competitive costs from Medscope too. Excellent.

I ordered some lateral flow tests on 14th Nov and chose the DPD delivery for next day and it confirmed delivery for 15th. The next day came and they did not arrive. I emailed and haven’t had a response from an actual person, instead just automated emails saying my order has now been dispatched and it’s not being delivered until 17th! Not happy that I paid for a specific delivery and it has not happened and not had an email from an actual person!

Unbelievable service, delivered less than 24 hours after ordering a stethoscope with engraving. Very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish

My item was delivered by DPD to my back garden and left there in the pouring rain in a brown paper bag for 3 days.
I have been trying contacting Medscope via email for over 5 days now and heard nothing back despite multiple emails. There is no contact number as they say they keep their prices down this way but actually, the stethoscope was the same price on other websites.
Will have to take this further. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend

Received my order very quickly, I did have a item missing, I emailed medscope and my missing item was with me the next day. I would highly recommend medscope.

Recently ordered a stethoscope from here. Received it without my engraving. Medscope were extremely efficient in rectifying the issue. Overall a very pleasant buying experience! I will be using them again in the future.

The product was original made in USA otoscope , it came super fast in excellent condition. I am so happy!

Super fast delivery, ordered on the 3rd, was delivered in the morning on the 4th !!
The engraving wasn't perfectly straight and had a couple of small burn marks, but it's still clear to read. Overall, Great service and speedy delivery, would recommend!!

I ordered an engraved stethoscope and a case (which you get half price with a stethoscope) on Saturday. I paid for next day delivery but assumed it would be here on Tuesday; next working day, however it arrived today - Monday. I had made a mistake with the engraving and emailed to change it. I didn’t get a reply so assumed it would arrive wrong. It didn’t. I’m delighted with the service and I know my daughter; who has just started as a student paramedic, will be really chuffed with her early Christmas present. All of the above plus the fact that it was the cheapest price on the internet means that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Medic bag ordered. 4 days later I received a text saying that the item was cancelled that's it no further correspondence from the company. Very disappointed with this type of communication and service. I will not buy again from the company
