Very poor customer service offered by…
Very poor customer service offered by this company. I ordered a product and a payment was automatically taken from my credit card which I didn’t want to use. Contacted the company via a link from thier website within minutes to ask could I cancel and immediately reorder and told that my item had been dispatched (at 2200 within 10mins of me ordering WITH engraving..really!?). Really unhelpful and inflexible person dealing from company. I am now left having to pay in full rather than spread the cost over 3 months using Klarna. Really going to struggle financially this month..thanks Medscope!

We pride ourselves on super fast order processing times- your order was placed at 9.46pm and we had completed the order within 5 minutes.
As advised via the emails we exchanged, we distribute medical supplies to healthcare professionals.
The products being ordered are urgently required- if an item such as a stethoscope breaks, you need a replacement and you need it immediately.
As such, we work 6 days a week, from 8am until very late, to process orders and ensure that our customers receive their order ASAP.
We often have comments from customers to thank us for processing their order so quickly.
We offer a range of payment options via our website, and it is unfortunate that you chose the payment card option and not Klarna, but the payment choice you selected is sadly beyond our contol.
However, (as advised on the emails we exchanged) as your order had already been engraved and processed, we were sadly unable to cancel the order.

Wrong item delivered but giving 5⭐️
I have ordered a fob watch which I got a different color and not even close to what I have ordered; however, when I mailed them they have a very prompt response for which I even got my refund.
So eventhough I had an issue with the delivery of wrong item, I am satisfied with the rest of the service.

Poor customer service
Have received a new otoscope from Medscope, but the packaging case was badly damaged. Have sent 2 complaint messages but never received a reply. There is no contact number to call to speak to anyone about it either.

Medscope are an eCommerce business, all orders are processed via the website and all enquiries are via email and Live Chat.
I am sorry that the case supplied by the manufacturer was damaged upon arrival- following your initial enquiry, I can see that we sent you a replacement case.
Until you highlighted a problem via TrustPilot, we were unaware that the replacement case was not received- having viewed the tracking, I cannot see that Royal Mail have delivered this, so another case has been sent to you.
This should arrive in the next couple of days- please let me know if there are any issues with the replacements.

I requested Siemens urinalysis strips (Multistix GP 25) having been assured be email that there would be a decent expiry date. This was after two unfortunate orders from other suppliers when in the first case the expiry date was three weeks before I received them and the second in which the plastic container had clearly been opened previously. On this occasion the urinalysis stix arrived pristine within two days and the expiry date is 30.06.24 which is fine and better than I expected.

I wanted a small cheap item [eye drop dispenser] and price was much lower than other suppliers. Also found good value type IIR face masks so stocked up. Cheap fast delivery by DPD. I will certainly look at Medscope if I need to buy medical equipment.
