I ordered a device which was not as…

I ordered a device which was not as expected and therefore I returened the device back. After 2 weeks I got it returned to me. After contacting the customer service they mentioned that the return package was not suppose to be sent as normal package. I returned the package again by buying a dhl return package from the same site and after returning the object 1 more time, i received an email that the return is not acceptable! In the reseaons it says for more info write an email to customer service which I did and customer service reply back to answer to the same return service! This much back and forth communication for one simple return is not acceptable and very bad service. I will never use this website again and recommend others to double think if they want to purchase something from this website. Very bad experience

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in terms of returning an item.

I can tell from reading the correspondens you have had with our customer service, that there are some misconceptions in how you have interpret the information about our return-policy and the return-document on our website.

Therefor I would like to clarify on which terms we have denied your returned item.

Our return policy (available on our website) gives you 14 days to return the item back to us.
(Provided that you have notified us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal).

The Parcel Tracking show us you received your bought item from us: 2022-02-02

To be able to get the returned item granted - you would have had to returned the item to us within the return policy timeframe,
which was no later than March 2nd.

We recieved your returned item the 1st of April.

That is 8 weeks + 2 days after your receipt of the item, or 4 weeks + 2 days overude from the return policy time frame that ended March 2nd. That is clearly past the return policy timeframe.

I would also like to clairfy some important information regarding your thoughts of our return documents on our website.

As a customer you are always free to choose who ever you want to arrange the return, or buy return documents from anyone you would like.

Therefor your argument about our return document being invalid or non functionall at the time, becomes irrelevant. As you are free to arrange/buy return documents anywhere you want, from any company, grosary or such.

Its always the customers responsibility to return the item back to us in time of the preturn policy timeframe.
Regardless of issues with the return document from us or other company.

Also - We are always here to help our customers - and would gladly have helped you out if you just would have reached out or tried to contact us regarding the issue with the returnticket, but no contact was made from your side with that information, at that point.

I hope this answer lands well - and that it hopefully helped to clarify some remaining questions you might have had.
