Medisort Reviews 

I rarely write reviews like this but after experiencing repeated problems with Medisort since 2022 I feel this now needs to be documented publicly.

Medisort provides our clinical waste collection service through Hounslow Council. Missed collections and poor communication have been reported repeatedly yet the problems continue.

The latest incident says everything.

Medisort confirmed in writing that our missed collection would take place on Saturday 19 September. Nobody came.

On Sunday 20 September an operative then arrived completely unannounced. I was at home working at the back of the garden. CCTV clearly shows him approaching the property putting a replacement orange bag through the door and leaving.

He did not press the doorbell. He did not knock. He made no attempt whatsoever to establish whether clinical waste was waiting to be collected.

Having now read other published reviews I realise we are not alone with customers reporting similar service problems.

This is clinical waste. Reliability and basic communication should be fundamental.

After four years of recurring failures both Medisort and Hounslow Council need to explain why repeated complaints have still not resulted in a reliable service.

We have retained the correspondence and CCTV evidence to substantiate what is written above.

This job involves heavy driving to collect waste from locations without parking, with any fines deducted from your wages, including liability for vehicle damage. Expect extremely long days starting at an early hour (scheduled that way to avoid overtime), with 80+ pickups per day. The waste itself is largely excrement, and the stench is strong enough to make you gag.
