We got their travel insurance for a long trip to mexico. By far the best rates for medical insurance that we could find that DID cover covid. Definitely aimed at retirees that travel for long periods of time (which we were not) but it didn't matter. Decent support, no issues extending coverage, reasonable prices. Would recommend (esp if you need covid insurance)
