BLACKLIST – STAY AWAY FROM WISH KING CASINO!
I closed my account because of serious gambling problems. It took more than a week before they finally processed the closure. Shortly afterward, I contacted support and asked to reopen my account. It was reopened instantly, without any cooling-off period, despite responsible gambling rules that should have protected me.
At the same time, they immediately removed both my deposit limits and gambling restrictions. As a result, I lost a significant amount of money in a very short period.
When I later tried to close my account again, support suddenly could not help me. I was told to send an email and wait. When I asked why they could reopen my account and remove my limits within seconds, but could not close it just as quickly, they simply ended the chat.
I have now filed an official complaint with the casino’s licensing authority and the relevant regulators. Based on my experience, this casino appears to be far more interested in taking players’ money than in promoting responsible gambling or protecting vulnerable customers.
Please be careful with your money and think twice before playing here. My experience with Wish King Casino has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
