Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Had to chase after my order hadn't arrived after a week.
Then received the wrong item, but no help from them at all. Would stay well away from this website.

Don’t take the order
Order placed 23rd May, not arrived in stated timescale, chased and item had been out of stock. Sent 2days later. Wrong items arrived. Contacted again, requested photos, sent, then need to have items back before refunding. This is 21 days later. Will return.
Will raise dispute through card provider as spent so much time trying to resolve.

Ordering and service is good. Delivery was not as expected. Parcel was left in letterbox at top of drive without signing. The letterbox serves several properties. I was waiting in for the delivery but found parcel at the end of the day.
