I really enjoyed the Oxford Leadership…
I really enjoyed the Oxford Leadership course. It was an engaging and insightful experience that encouraged me to reflect on my leadership style, how to motivate and influence others, and how to bring out the best in people.I particularly found the GROW model and discussions around different leadership styles practical and relevant to my role in the NHS. Overall, a very worthwhile course that I would highly recommend

This is not a £400 course
This is not a £400 course. Take out the CPD points, participation would reduced to 1/3rd. It is just a CPD business for Oxford nothing else.
