I use this if I was involved in an accident and was not able to convey my medical history.
I have a very complex medical history, when I try to put it on it goes into so many different boxes, that the record is completely disjointed.
I can’t put on my full medication details. It does not allow me to register dose, frequency or time taken.
The bracelets are fine, although mine was painted the paint has worn away, but it has lasted years.
So far so great - inquired about a bracelet for my niece who has CHD and ASD, instead of upselling me (a clueless aunt) Lily referred me to the Early Start scheme which covers the costs for children to get their first bracelet and annual subscription at no cost until 10 years of age. This genuine inclination to help was so lovely to see, and I’m super grateful for the wonderful service received so far. Also really glad something like this exists, it helps ease my anxiety knowing that my niece has her most important information available on her person as she’s so young and can’t advocate for herself, especially in school! Thank you for the whole team of amazing people working here - found it through their Instagram!

We bought the bracelet that can't be removed but the rings holding the plate kept breaking. I emailed in and they immediately replied and offered options to repair. I sent it back, it was repaired extremely well. Was gone a few weeks but no big deal, has been absolutely fine since

I am glad I joined MedicAlert. It gives me peace of mind when I go anywhere on my own. It came in handy when I had a very bad fall in a hotel in Croatia and had to go to their A & E. I just handed over my small card with all my details on.

I've been with Medic Alert for at least 30 years. Luckily never had the misfortune for it to be used. It's worth the membership fee, for the peace of mind it gives me. Its also very easy to renew.

I was diagnosed with a rare condition which means I have to take nebulizer adrenaline, I was recommended to get a MedicAlert product so that if I took any reaction someone would be able to get all the information required to assist me.
When ordering my bracelet the process was straight forward and the lady that contacted me on what should go on my bracelet was brilliant. I was so reassured by the whole process. The service as a whole is fantastic and it always gives me the peace of mind that if anything was to happen MedicAlert has all my information at the end of a phone call. I have now had my MedicAlert bracelet for a few years and could be without it now.

I received an email within an hour telling me which postal service they recommended and where to send my bracelet with the cost of the repair.
They had all my details to hand simply by providing them with my membership number on my Midicalert tag.

Renewed my subscription and made a purchase but was charged 25€ customs fees which I had to pay before receiving my MedicAlert wallet, as I live in the Republic of Ireland I was not made aware of this happening on my order.
Since reviewing this, Medialert have contacted me by phone and answered my query to my satisfaction thank you for your quick response

Without the MedicAlert goodwill scheme, I would be really struggling to keep up my membership. It really can be a lifesaver and something I wouldn’t like to be without with all my problems. Thank you.

I called to renew my membership and order a new emblem. The call handler was most informative about how many conditions would fit onto the disc and how large the strap would be. Great to hear that despite a lapse in payment my membership continued. Many thanks. Charlotte Glancey.

We have had a medic alert bracelet for my mini coeliac since her diagnosis at 18 months.
School is the start of something new for both myself and my daughter, this September
We have recently received the new Vegan friendly non leather strap bracelet, in purple, which she loves!!
They say school is like home away from home, so I need to make sure that my little girl is safe!
Whilst at school she will wear her @medicalertuk bracelet, it gives us confidence that others will know that she has a medical Condition. She knows it's her 'Coeliac' bracelet
The bracelet is key in alerting others to her vital medical information, including her medical condition, allergies, medications, her medical history and emergency contacts, to support initial care decisions.
