Small group practice
Excellent to be part of a small group and have so much practice with answering questions. Nita had so many helpful suggestions and gave me lots to think about that will help me prepare over the next few. Really recommend this course

Overall quite underwhelming and average/poor standard.
Things that could be improved
1. The standard of tips and advice was quite basic which I think is fine if you are not going for a competitive job.
2. I thin the facilitator could have been more concise and hard-hitting with their feedback.
3. Fewer questions on niche ethical scenarios and more focus on common questions (5-year plan, MDT-working, mistake etc...)
Things done well
Discussion regarding risk management was very good.
