Don't do it - no customer service, lost a lot of money
I ordered three vials of Botox for almost $1,200. After a couple of days of waiting for an update on the shipping, I receive an email that there was a problem with MY shipper, please contact the shipper for further details.
I am told by FedEx, who I didn't choose since I didn't send the package, that they are missing in FDA clearance form and the item cannot clear customs without it. Would I please provide a brick and mortar address as well as a zip code and a phone number. Well there is no brick and mortar address and therefore no zip code. I gave them a phone number. I gave them the website. I called this company three times and each time held for over 10 minutes after which time the call was dropped or ended. They did not respond to the two or three emails that I sent, they did not respond to do two or three questions/ comments I sent through the website. I now am out $1,200 with no one contacting me from this company. I am registered on the site and that they have all my contact information along with my order number. There's no excuse other than blatant disregard for customer service. My bank is looking to file an action against them.

Regarding the FedEx situation, we want to clarify that FedEx never reached out to us at any point about missing documentation or an issue with the shipment. We were not contacted by FedEx for any paperwork request, address confirmation, or clearance form. If they had contacted us directly, we would have resolved it immediately on your behalf.
We completely understand how stressful it is to feel left without answers, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing our internal processes to ensure communication gaps like this do not happen again.
We want to make this right for you. If you would prefer a full refund, we would be more than happy to process that immediately.

Regarding the short-dated products, these items do sell out quickly. Because they are limited-time offers with limited quantities, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the items were no longer available at the time of purchase, it simply means they sold out before your order was placed.

No help with online ordes
I tried two times to place my orders on line, but the website would not let me enter the payment. I asked the company to correct the problem twice, without success. I ended up placing the orders by phone.
