My order was delivered promptly but unfortunately the 'contents' were discovered damaged on opening - not the fault of Media Storehouse but rather DPD who made the delivery. On advising Media Storehouse they dispatched a replacement without delay. So almost full marks awarded - just deducted one star as damaged item needed replacing.

I was dissapointed with the framed print…
I was satisfied with the framed print but was misled by the use the words "engraving" which caused me to think there was an actual engraving attached to the framed print depicting the subject of the print - Which would have been very nice; however, it was not. I feel the company (since they are exposed to different cultures) could definitely do better.
