Definitely recommend for professional digitisation
Had a bad experience with another company so i was reluctant to try again but was recommended these guys from my neighbours who used them in the past. I gave them really old camcorder tapes from my childhood to digitise. They did an incredible job in a short space of time and were very helpful and professional on the phone. I can now rewatch memories from 30 years ago. Highly recommend using MediaSOS. They were fantastic.

Great fast service
Sent two damaged cassettes in for digitisation, of some precious interviews with my long deceased relatives.
Turn around was much faster than expected, the sound quality is amazing considering they're forty year old tapes, and they've even managed to salvage some audio from the damaged sections.
I cannot recommend this company enough, they are simply amazing and were very upfront about potential costs too

Cassette tape repair.
I despaired of recovering the material on a cassette tape which was mangled and seemed ruined. SOS Media restored the tape perfectly and in just a few hours. The work was carried out superbly and I am incredibly grateful for the service. I could not recommend the company more highly.

Excellent Service
I am very happy with the professional service I received from Media Sos,
I found an old video VHS tape with sporting memories on it,( it was in my attic, ( over 30 years old). The engineer advised me that due to the age of the tape, and the fact it had mold on it, the tape would need to be cleaned before transfer to DVD.
He would do his best to clean it first, to see if the quality was good enough to transfer.
Well not only did he clean the mold off it, the Dvd came out like new.
Very Grateful, excellent service .
