Really BAD service...

Okay, so I was ordering a home cinema system and everything was going smooth, when I wrote in my contacts, it said "country" and I wrote Denmark, NO PROBLEM, this was going great, the order went trough and I was happy about my purchase...

next day, I got a mail from Mediaran.de saying that they cant deliver the cinema system to Denmark (eventhough I could order and put in Denmark in their dropdown box)

This would actually be a very little (but annoying problem) but here it gets worse, my payment of about 300 euros is now "hanging" in the air and have been for nearly 14 days, - THAT IS BAD! - Now I dont have enough money to order my cinema system before the money gets back and I dont know WHEN....

REALLY, REEEEALLY bad service... DONT EVER buy from them if you "need" your money safe!
