waited 90 minutes for scooter liscense

waited 90 minutes for scooter liscense, worker told us he would be back but never came. in the end we got told the thing costs twice as much so we waited for nothing. 90 minutes wasted

I want to express my sincere…

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from the MediaMarkt team, including their manager at the Brugge branch, as well as from the online after-sales support team.

The representative who assisted me in the store demonstrated a very helpful, professional, and customer-oriented attitude, making the purchasing process smooth and pleasant. I was equally impressed by the responsiveness and dedication of the online customer service team. In particular, I would like to extend my thanks to Miss Virginie and Ilona, a customer service representative at the MediaMarkt head office for after-sales service, who provided continuous support after the purchase and remained engaged until the issue was fully resolved.

Overall, my purchasing and after-sales service experience with MediaMarkt was highly satisfactory. Such professionalism and commitment to customer care truly reflect the company's high standards. Thank you for the outstanding service.
