I was having a frustrating time trying to open the newest version of the editing program, (It kept crashing!) when I discovered it was my computer causing the issue and not the program itself.

Customer service helped me find a version with "Green Screen" capabilities, that my older laptop could handle, which was my goal in connecting with customer service.

The person who was helping me was kind, patient, and did a great job of digging through information to guide me to successfully sorting it out.

I'm now able to use the editing program again smoothly, and play with Chroma Key in my videos.

Wondershare UniConverter is already a very good tool. But nothing is perfect. But what brings it finally to a kind of perfection: If you just can contact the customer service for getting a very quick reply and finally somebody who takes care for getting your issue fixed.
This is more than highly appreciated!

They waste your time by letting you upload the video file but after conversion they want to sent the files to either your Dropbox or Google Drive account and I want to use neither. I just want to download the file and get on with my life.

Even if their product works I wouldn't wanna use it like that. Biggest waste of time. I rather watch the grass in my backyard grow.

Easy to use and capable program. No need to have sophisticated ones.

I have been using the Wondershare Uniconverter15 for about a month now and I have been able to download videos from websites that I couldn't in the past. I am very satisfied with the results and can't wait to find the time to use more of the features. The App is a bit pricey but it is worth the expense.

Process to delete account was v. poor:
First asked a bot who then put me onto a person who started asking questions that I'd already answered and then disappeared from the chat. It all took ages.

Worst 7$ of my life.

This app has one of the worst generated AI tools in the whole world. The output is completely different from what is advertised.

Last year I have bought Media.io. After 10 days I have sent them an email to tell them that I don't use the platform and I had to pay the full year.

I thought they have removed me from their customer database. Two days ago I saw that my plan is renuwed. I have sent them an email and they told me that I am late with the cancallation. I had to do it 15 days before the renuwal. I literally emaild them 3 days after the renuwal that I haven't asked for.

Now I have to pay again, full year for something that I don't use!

WONDERSHARE and MEDIA.IO are terrible! Don't buy their products!!

Headshots look nothing like me. Asked for a refund but they wouldn’t because “they are not responsible for AI inaccuracies” terrible product and customer support.

Worthless. Bad AI images.

I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE THOSE PICTURES ARE NOT ACURATE!

Terrible product structure and pricing. I have been a paid subscriber for a year. They suddenly changed the product structure, splitting all the available features into different products and forcing me to pay premiums for the features I had already paid for. I no longer had access to my previous project. I was an advocate for media.io, but now, no more! We can find better products out there.

I was very glad to discover that the Filmora customer service was super prompt, clear and helpful! They helped me with my issue which was related to recovering my activation code that I hadn't used for 6+ years, on an older version. I really appreciated their help!

I like Filmora. Used v. 11 for a couple of years, before switching to v. 12. The new version had a few differences, but the basics are the same and I've always found Wondershare Filmora very user friendly, which is very important as I am almost 82 years of age. Loads to YouTube much easier than the previous version too. I know there are many other editing systems out there,but I'm happy stay with what I know and does what I need.

To many required monthly subscriptions at a cost that puts this software well behind the competition.

Not worth the money or the frustration.
