Misleading product. You have to pay for watermarks even though they say you don't. Irritating practice & possibly illegal?

I am currently using Wondershare Uniconverter 15 which Wondershare helped me with when i needed help fixing a problem i was having. They got back to me straight away & were very polite & friendly when helping me with my problem & most importantly they fixed my problem for me. 5 STARS.

I have been extremely pleased with the Wondershare UniConveter software. So many other products are difficult to use and time consuming. With this product everything is so intuitive and the rendering is super fast !!
Also customer support is outstanding. I had changed email addresses due to a move I had done. This made access to my account impossible. But after a few minutes on the phone I was back into my account!!
