I started with MedExpress back in March…

I started with MedExpress back in March and my first order 2.5mg came within 3/4 days. My next order for 5mg on a Friday was delivered on the Sunday.
My next order 5mg was about 4 days. I then went up to 7.5mg for order 4 and 5 which took about a week each time. My latest order on 23rd July has not even been prescribed. 2 days after ordering the said needed more information as there had been a change. I confirmed everything despite only my weight changing. I have sent numerous emails and now complaints as I have run out of the medication. The latest email says they are unable to provide a despatch date as it depends when the medication is prescribed.
I think they have marketed and with it being holiday time do not have enough GP’s prescribing the medication. I am bitterly disappointed as I recommended to a colleague.
Update within an hour of posting this my prescription was approved so will hopeful be here Mon/Tue next week
Update 17/08/25 yesterday I ordered 10mg and within hours received a message saying it has been prescribed so a lot quicker this time and not sure where it all went wrong last time. The actual medication is great for me and has reduced my diabetic blood sugar readings significantly

They took my money

They took my money. Took my id, photos information. Rejected the order "that I had refused to provide ID' - I had. Later it came out they rejected it because I used a discount to get the pen slightly cheaper! DON'T USE, DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR BANK DETAILS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have had 3 weeks of…

Do not use them I have had 3 weeks of stress! The box came no sharps box or wipes! When I got to the pen it was open so I emailed and said I am not using an open pen box I sent them a photo of the box! They said to send it to my surgery or they would send me a label! Next email we are not changing it we have decided! I emailed again and said what am I supposed to do I’m not using it!
6 emails later they said ohh hello what’s your query😳😳😳😳😡😡😡 I was so stressed! I repeated it again! And said I am sending it back and want a refund!
Had an email this morning saying I can’t have a refund because it has left them premises! I can’t use it so I have lost 133.00 and have to dispose of the pen!! I

Misleading customers

Misleading customers by advertising next day delivery service (clearly states under the medication on their site “order in X hours for delivery tomorrow”).

Paid for next day Royal Mail delivery by 1pm on a Sunday thinking it would be here on Tuesday. Wednesday came and gone and still no sign. Very odd since i got an email to say the medication was prescribed at 4am on Monday…

Requested refund of the delivery charge and got a patronising email back that orders take 7-10 days.
Apparently it’s a next day delivery once the order is processed which could take up to 10 days…

That’s not what was advertised on their website!

Asked to cancel my order then, also refused as apparently it’s been sent out. However, the tracking provided doesn’t exist according to Royal Mail…

Awful dishonest company. Avoid

What a joke this company is

What a joke this company is. I have been waiting two weeks for delivery. They give medical advice different to that of the drug manufacturer. Their customer service stinks and still no refund. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Poor referral experience

Poor referral experience. Gave my code to a friend. MedExpress declined her first application, but then would not accept the code when her second application was accepted. Queried with them but they seem unwilling to assist. Makes me wonder if it is just their way of avoiding allowing the discount.

I was going to give 5 stars...but they let themselves down big time by not including needles in the mounjaro package.

Order was here very quickly after completing the medical questionnaire online. I was all hyped up to start..but no needles. I emailed straight away and was given 2 options....buy my own at the pharmacy and they'll pay, or they send me the needles but there's a long dispatch time. I'll be changing provider after the initial 4 week use. How absolutely sloppy is this!

Made an unauthorised charge to my bank account for an order I didn't place. Refused to refund my account. Avoid this company and delete any banking details in your account. ALSO BEWARE THEY ARE OPERATING ON TRUSTPILOT UNDER DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NAMES.

Dissatisfied!!!

Took payment before verification of photos and it's been 3 days already, without the photos being verified. So unsure if I'm accepted for the prescription or not. If I'm not and I want a refund then its just a credit for your account, no monetary refund to original payment (so I'm reading anyway) now after 3 days, there's a delay in the photos being reviewed, the email said they will be reviewed in a few days 😤😤
Should never have went with this company!!

Excellent service and really helpful advice

Excellent from consultation to delivery! The customer service is also excellent and efficient when I had a query. Med express regularly send me check ins and advice to guide me through my weight loss process. I highly recommend them as services is fast and seamless. Ordered Monday came Tuesday! Cannot fault it

Very worried customer

Everything was good until June and then nothing, seems the same for most of us, ordered 27th of June and since Friday 28th of June been stuck on awaiting dispatch, contacted nearly every day with nothing done, been told its been escalated twice for urgent but don't think it did so don't know what to do now? Could ask for a refund but people don't seem to be getting that either, so I can say I'm very worried at this point

It would be zero stars if possible. Company offered me a 20% discount owing to their very late delivery. No expiry date on the email offer. Told it had expired when I tried to use. Second discount on separate email. 15%off. No expiry date on the email. Could not use. Told it had expired. Shocking and misleading and actually let’s call it, a pack of lies

Complained. Replies to the complaint simply said the offers had expired. No explanation about lack of expiry date in the offer. Disgusting and lazy

I ordered from MedExpress since my first dose until 7,5 mg dose and all the time was amazing service and customer care, but my pen just broken and I couldn’t buy from MedExpress because was before the 2 weeks so I ordered from levity the 10 mg pen but they said to me this is not a problem because I could order again from MedExpress after 14 days the levity pen was dispatched but this was not happening, so basically I having trying to order a 10 mg pen from MedExpress and I was rejected 2 times because they are saying I ordered recently from levity but I ordered more the 14 days and Levity is closed in Uk since last week, so I need continue my treatment and I have a lot credits to use as well, is look like they are doing On purpose I don’t know! When the customer care response they only saying my order was rejected because I have account on levity, bur they not give any thing to fix my problem and my subscription is cancelled and the levity is closed in UK! Is not make any sense for me!! So i want to continue my treatment!! So please if anyone can help me on this!

What a terrible customer service department, absolutely disgusting service I spent over £400 with MedExpress within 6 weeks s there quite happy to take your money straight away from your account and send the product whenever it suits themselves if you cannot supply within a week why not just say and I would go elsewhere
