The unit I received arrived with a 220V plug and won't work on 120V. Not happy with this as it is obvious deception.

I am sorry again for it not being clear with what plug the cooker had and I am sorry for the late answer. I have now made a refund for you on your cooker, and I hope that this will compensate the money spent on an adaption plugg, to still make it work for you 🙏🏻❤️ For our next order of cookers, we will make sure we also have plugs that work for the US. Sorry for this again.
