We have just received a new gym for our school from McSport. They provided a very professional service from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.

Really good company to deal with, excellent customer service, Yatin was really helpful, I had a few questions about some of the items and he was really helpful. Definitely will buy off McSport in the future

I placed an order with Ana there and it was such a smooth and easy going process. She made things very simple to understand and my order was done perfectly. I couldn’t recommend placing an order with her more and the company. She made me feel so valued as a customer the service was really excellent.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago.. to date still haven't received no delivery. The item was over 1,000 euro and a further 80 euro for delivery! I am based in Ireland so can't understand the delay. I have received a message from JMC Couriers 10 days ago advising they had my parcel and same would be with me within 5 days. Haven't received nothing and the courier won't accept my call and was advised to deal with McSport direct. McSport advised they would refund me the delivery cost and get item to me ASAP - to date no refund, no reply from emails and nobody answering the phone! Highly disappointing Customer Service!

Required a replacement part. Received updates quickly and part delivered within 24 hours.

I am trying to buy a treadmill. The staff in the shop were nice and sent a quote. Since then I am trying to contact them to arrange delivery and purchase via email and phone. No response on their phone number or email. Emailed a week ago and still nothing. Looking for a different supplier now.

I dealt with Yatin over the phone. I wanted to make some changes to the bundle deal and he was extremely helpful. He also did a superb job in assisting with the logistics of getting the product to me. I am very happy with my experience with McSport. Thank you Yatin.

I ordered two dumbbells before Christmas as a present for my husband and only one arrived. I followed up and they said the second part of my order would arrive in 48 hours. It never did. I've followed up twice with them since and no response. It has been three weeks.

We went to buy some equipment but there was such a selection of equipment there that we were a bit bamboozled. But thankfully Ed was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. He was incredibly helpful and recommend you to look for him when you go there. Prices were great too.

Yatin was very helpful and my order arrived quickly. Second time buying off of mcsports and both times the staff were lovely and the order was delivered quickly

Ordered a piece of equipment 3 weeks ago, I tried to call in to check on it as I’d received no updates, wasn’t able to get through to anyone. I sent multiple ignored emails, after 3 weeks I get a call to say they don’t have it in stock and won’t for another 3 weeks. Amazing this is only coming to light now rather than when I placed the order. They’ve set my hamstring rehab back and really inconvenienced me, I’ve spent 1,000s and 1,000s with them over the years due to their reliability. I won’t be spending another cent with McSport.

I had to refund some equipment because I purchased the wrong thing and dealt with Akshay over the phone. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Extremely pleasant, courteous and efficient. The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!! He ordered a collection and everything ran seamlessly.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Ordered few times from McSport. Great contact, good prices and very fast shipment. Always.
Once, ordered something by mistake and whole return and swapping process was smooth, hassle free.

I was placing a large order of lots of various equipment for the local primary school and was able to compile an order easily. They were able to issue an invoice and arrange delivery direct to the school. No issues at any stage of the process, even in the run up to Christmas!

I ordered a workout bench for my son and just when I received confirmation it was ready for collection my son said he no longer wanted it. I contacted McSport and spoke to Akshay who was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Akshay also responded to my follow-up email and he kept me updated regarding my order cancellation and refund. I would give Akshay and McSport 10 out of 10 for their customer service and definitely recommend them.
