I literally cannot thank Gurpreet enough! We have been trying to do a big move for over a year and throughout it all she has been incredible. I have dealt with many solicitors throughout the UK and she is by far the best. Not just because she is incredibly capable but because she is a real human. She clearly cares and her communication is second to none. She always did what she said she would do when she said she would do it and she patiently answered all my questions with care and attention. Having used this company following my mums passing there were several issues.
Mum passed in December 2022 and I got a notification from my bank on Thursday night to say a payment had been made into my bank account from my mother.
This was out of the blue and totally distressed me.
I contacted the bank and they advised the payment had came from Mcgregor Mcleod solicitor.
I have had no contact from the solicitor as towhy the payment was made
This has been traumatic for myself and my family
The solicitor should have contacted me prior to this to advise there was going to be a payment and this would have avoided the upset

Kirstie was an excellent solicitor and kept us up to date on our purchase and sale. She was great in chasing the other parties solicitors when they were being slow and she was incredibly helpful and supportive

Sharon has completed the conveyancing on 3 properties for us in the last 6 months, and she's been excellent. Quick and efficient, and good at keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely recommend, and will keep using for any future conveyancing needs

Excellent service they went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly

The staff were very helpful in answering all our questions, which was particularly good as we are first-time buyers. In particular, our agent, Kirstie McCarten, was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

An absolute horror show buying and selling through this solicitor . Home move was delayed twice and nearly collapsed . The stress of it was unbelievable .

Struggled to get replies to emails and phone calls . Moved into house not knowing what was included , despite repeatedly asking . Solicitor worked part time hours so felt like any progress was slow as it sat on a desk after lunch . Had to resolve the issue regarding hold up myself . Feel like a solicitor you are paying should fight your corner but this was not the case.

The smoothest and most stress free experience in buying a property. Easy and cheap conveyancing for the purchase of my flat. Gurpreet Walley was the solicitor that done all the conveyancing for me and she was very helpful and was easily contactable throughout the whole process. Thanks for everything!

First time I've had a sell/buy transaction and I was a little bit concerned about using a "remote" solicitor (we live in Aberdeen and we were selling back to Aberdeen city council) but despite a few issues with both the seller and buyer it was an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Jaspreet Lidder who handled our transactions flawlessly, and at a very reasonable cost.

The house purchase was complicated as was from overseas. Sharon was very helpful and patient. Reasonably priced too.
