Bought a bicycle from them
Bought a bicycle from them, the shop is spotless and the staff member working there at the time was very polite. All good, until subsequently a problem arose with the bike. I went in to get the bicycle repaired and they charged a lot but did not actually fix the problem. Then went back a second time, only for them to be very rude, and actually told me the problem was that the components on the bike were (I quote exactly) "the cheapest of the cheapest", so was either my problem for buying that bike or the bike manufacturer's problem. I had to go elsewhere to get the bike repaired. They didn't seem to accept that the bike was sold by themselves and previously repaired by themselves, no one else had been near the bike and it is a well know respected brand, so if there were any cheap components on the bike it came from themselves or they were aware of such components when they sold the bike, but no acceptance by them of any responsibility.
