Our customers are at the heart of what we do and we are proud to have been awarded the Home Builders Federation 5-star customer satisfaction award every year we have taken part in the survey. Today, I was invited to give a talk to the residents at McCarthy & Stone, Sydney Grange, Greater Manchester. This is luxury retirement-living at its very best! After I gave my presentation, the residents told me how happy they were there, and they all agreed they were thrilled at their decision to make the move to Sydney Grange. I was welcomed by Debra Knibbs and the staff. Everyone was friendly and it was evident that they all enjoyed working there. I travel around the UK giving my talk to all kinds of groups. I must say, this is by far the best retirement community I've visited.

My parents recently moved into Hepworth court in brighouse and are really happy . Sharon the house manager was really helpful during the moving process it is very reassuring as a relative to know there is someone there who genuinely cares and knows all the residents well making regular welfare checks , there is a wonderful selection of optional activities organised by Sharon . My parents have settled in so well and this is very much in part to being made to feel so welcome and supported . Thank you ☺️

Only a short while ago I became an apartment owner at Carpenter Court, Stapleford,Nottingham. I was so excited about moving in and haven’t been disappointed. The house manager Fiona is to be commended for all the help and advice she gave me leading up to my ownership. It made my move go smoothly. She continues today to make me feel welcome and does her best to resolve any problems without complaining and always with a smile.
She manages the building and gardens extremely well making it a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live. She also actively involves herself in the social life which is an added bonus for me to make new friends.
I know I will be happy here!

From my mum, who lives in an apartment.
Lucy Waters is a very approachable, efficient, competent house manager.
Any request from residents, old and new for help with anything like totally different kitchen equipment, having rules in order that all residents stay safe in their apartments.
Most important of all is Lucy s kind, caring, patient happy nature, which spreads like a
ray of sunshine and creates a happy atmosphere amongst
our residents.

House manager Rachel Mcvey (McKinlay Court, Kettering) was outstanding. She showed my parents five units on the market. Rachel is engaging, friendly and chatty. She had a thorough knowledge of the complex and was able to respond to all of my parents questions.

My father enjoyed living at Michael Court over many years and was very reluctant to leave, owing to the need for full time care. For much of the time he was there his well being was enhanced by the kind attention provided by Fee Cartwright the House Manager. Fee was always prepared to go the extra mile and gave unfailing practical help and support to the family living out of area. A very well managed site in our view.

Our new manager (Carrie) started at our development (Anstie Court, Devizes) 4 months ago. She is a breath of fresh air, she has brightened the place up, improved the outside areas, encouraged the starting of more social activities and has ran some herself very successfully. Long may she stay with us.

Some weeks ago myself and my wife made an impromptu visit to Coralie Court in Eaton Norwich. We have been thinking about making a move over to retirement living and wanted to get a feel for it first hand. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Tracey who despite being very busy took the time to show us around a couple of apartments, provide information and answer our many questions, Tracey was very professional but also kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were surprised to see how spacious the 1 bedroom apartments are and the other facilities are excellent, Tracey told us about other places in the area and we got to chat to a couple of people there who could not speak more highly of their experience. As it turns out we are going into a house share with our daughter but if that had not been possible we would have seriously considered a move to Coralie. As we were packing I found some details Tracey had given us and thought to write this to say thank you for the effort that was made.

I moved into a rented apartment in Roman Court Middlewich last October. It was the best move I could have made. It is difficult when one moves to another town only knowing relatives but this place is extremely friendly and I was immediately made welcome. I can be private in my own apartment or have company in the community lounge. There is a social committee who organise various events like meals , games, quizzes etc and the site manager is as helpful as can be. Very happy here.

Sammie Gass, a rental consultant, has been extremely helpful and approachable whilst commencing our journey to secure an apartment in Clemens Place for my Mother. She replied swiftly with clear guidance. Thank you.
Fingers crossed that we are able to get over the line and Mum can enjoy her new home soon.

Just wanted to say how well Tracey Burnett looks after our development and the homeowners. She always takes an interest and offers to help if needed. She has gone out of her way to sort issues out for us.

Such a helpful guy a credit to McCarthy & Stone. Gary Sweet was so helpful to us at May Tree Place, Southampton. He is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ workman.

Made a cold call on Coralie Court, was warmly welcomed by the manager Tracey. She answered all our questions and gave us a viewing of two flats.
We were impressed with her relationship with owners we met and liked the building itself.

We stayed in the guest suite at John Percyvale Court in Macclesfield to visit our mother. We had a lovely welcome from the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful, and a very comfortable stay in a spacious and spotlessly clean room with excellent en suite shower room. We look forward to our next stay!

We live at The Oaks, Cedar Avenue, Alsager.
Every 3 months we organise a party for all the homeowners. Part of what I do, is to organise the party that took place on Friday 17th July. Is is most important to recognise the help and support given by our Development manager, Michelle Yates. She works diligently to support all the activities, especially the party. Congratulations and thank you, Michelle.
