Very good experience, lots of information given and explained before during and after procedure. All involved took time to go over and clearly explain step by step what was needed and explained the procedure it’s self. All staff very helpful and polite, made to feel at ease during the full process.

MCAN did a tremendous job at making sure I had a smooth surgery experience. Right from when I got to Istanbul to when I left. From the airport pick up, care from the nurses for the different days, day of surgery, meeting the doctor and care after surgery. The nurses are super helpful and friendly and explained everything I need to know, so was the doctor. Another thing I would like to throw light on is their timelines. They are on time! Thank you all for making sure I had a hassle free surgery experience. A special shout out to nurse Cansu, you rock!

I had a very pleasant experience with MChan from beginning to end. They were professional and attentive, addressing all my needs. As a solo traveler, I felt safe throughout the process. From booking to arrival at the airport, everything was well-organized. The driver gave clear instructions on navigating the airport, and the nurse and surgeon provided exceptional care. My hospital stay was comfortable, and the hotel staff were very attentive.

I went to Mcan with a group of women and we had all done our due diligence and were happy with the history of the company. The surgeon is my number one priority.Dr Dundar is his name . Above everything and I was right to have 100 percent faith in his excellence. The nursing care after is so important and I was assigned Nursena- a competent kind nurse liaison who still keeps in contact with now I’m home a week later . Professional,competent, caring . The hotel staff mothered and cared for all of us as if they were paid by Mcan ! And I am thrilled with my deep plane FL lip lift and upper lwr blephoplasty. Just trust the surgeon.

I was in 11/2025 to Get a Tommy Tuck with Liposuction in Istanbul, the Doctor was very hold and the nursery s made a good Job. Transfers were very vonfortable and good terminsted. 5 Stars

My case manager Orkun was very helpful, empathetic and kind and that's one of the main reasons I decided to go with Mcan.
When I arrived in Istambul, Cansu took care of me and she's equally wonderful. Her patience, support and kindness makes the whole difference.

I had been wanting a facelift for a little while, but didn’t want to go buy myself. I happened to come across someone who had already been through MCan Health and she was organising a group to go back over for those interested. I looked into it, liked what I saw and booked with the group. After putting a deposit down, everything from then on was organised for me, my case officer, my dedicated nurse, surgeon, pick ups from the airport and to and from doctor appointments. Nurse visits to the hotel, the nurses were beautiful, lovely people. The hotel was nice, buffet breakfasts. I didn’t have to organise anything except pack my bags! I would go through MCan Health again if I ever decided I would like something else done. Not only did I have my surgery I always wanted but I made some really great friends too through the group booking, because we all got to share our experiences together:)

I’m a male in my 60s, and getting a hair transplant is something I’ve wanted to do for years. I finally chose Mcan Health in Turkey, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I had 3,800 grafts done, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care. Their service from the moment you arrive to be collected is pleasant and professional, the staff and surgeons where also the same and did their best to make sure a pleasant experience

The experience was easy for my hair transplant,everything was on time and done professionally from the airport to the hotel and after the procedure.cansu has been a great help afterwards for any information I’ve needed.its only been 6 weeks so I can’t comment on the results yet but the healing has been no problem and I’ve had no issues or pain.

I’m 3 weeks out and so far pleased with my results.
The hotel provided felt comfortable and convenient, which made the whole process less stressful.
The surgical team were professional and skilled, and the aftercare was very good — they checked in regularly and were supportive throughout my recovery. The only negative, was the morning of surgery felt slightly rushed, I would recommend bringing a written list of questions and any concerns so you don’t forget them. Overall I had a positive experience.

Thank you so much MCAN for taking such good care of me. After 6 weeks, everything is going according to plan. Without a doubt, I recommend MCAN 100%.

I cannot fault MCAN at all. I’m so happy with my Surgeon Dr Kunter and his care after my surgery. The nurses were all great. I loved them. They were all sweet and remembered any problems even if they were not there to visit me. I would do it again and wouldn’t change anything

This is a warning for anyone looking at having dental treatment with Mcan in Turkey. Why it may seem to be an affordable option this is not, their workmanship and quality of product is very very poor. As for their aftercare service their website states they have Mcan assurance and comprehensive follow-up services! This is not the case as soon as you leave Istanbul you are literally on your own any emails will be ignored and if you are on any of their whats app chat groups you will be removed. This is due to having the power to remove anyone who has had a bad experience trust me Im on a whats app group with a whole bunch of ladies who have been removed and are having issues this is the part you dont see! My crown cracked at 10 weeks after having the work done and they were in complete denial. I ended up paying AU500 for a comprehensive report which noted that they (8 crowns) had to be replaced due to bad workmanship, cracks and gaps which is likely to cause decay and problems down the track. Not to mention my front crown is crooked and also has a whole in the back which the dentist picked up. So four months down the track after providing all proof they do not want to know about it and have ignored all communicaton. I paid EU6K and im now having to pay an additional AU$22K to have them all replaced for suitable crowns. I suffer terrible toothache constantly. So please please be very careful who you choose and my advice is to stay clear of this company for anything.
