I have to say that Mazda Denmark has one of the worst customer services of all car brands.
I had a signed contract for the new Mazda 3 and when the dealer wanted to change it because the model ordered wasn't available anymore I lost a lot of money on my old car.
When I contacted Mazda Denmark they didn't want to help and because I needed a new car I had to take the loss on my old car.
I could have started a legal battle through the car owner union here, and they were convinced I would win, but I just couldn't wait for that to finish and end up driving 150 km a day in a small car not suited for that kind of KM.
