Bad costumer servic
I made an online purchase for in-store pickup. The purchase process went smoothly; I received an email saying the order was on its way and that I would receive another email when it arrived at the store to pick it up. As the days passed without any news, I called customer support. The person I spoke to was quite arrogant, saying the order had been at the store for over a week and that they had sent text messages and emails informing me. I explained that I hadn't received any contact from them and that there must be a problem. The person who answered said the problem was mine, that everything was taken care of on their end. They didn't acknowledge that there was an error on the part of the companhia and even blamed me for the situation. They should review their communication and customer support service, which is uncomfortable.
