This company is awful when you order with them they are all lovely, once they have your money they don’t care anymore they are rude and fob you off with exscuses my worktop after 2months silicone cracked sent photos and was told this is normal to happen just go and buy some silicone. Also at the beginning of the job I requested for 2 window cils to be done the guy forgot to put on my order once they came round noticed one of my window coil not done they said wasn’t included and if I wanted it done now it would cost an extra £1000 but they gave me a discount which was now a total of £650 for a small window cil after spending £5500 with them it’s an utter disgrace so ended up going to another company who did the window for £75. So I really do NOT recommend this company at all they are rude and have no customer service at all

I had quartz Carrara worktops fitted May 2025. The sales pitch was great. They will look amazing. We are the best bla bla bla you get my meaning. I was told the seams would be barely visible because they had the latest cutting equipment etc. The worktops were almost £5000 and to be honest the quartz is lovely. However, the colour is more of a grey/white and they have used bright white silicone in the seams! They look terrible. The pictures of the final job sent back to Mayfair by the fitter really doesn’t reflect what the seams actually look like in reality. I signed the worktops off due to the fitter saying this is what they use on this quartz. After looking at the seams over the course of the same evening I just couldn’t get over the large gap with white silicone so I emailed customer services to see if they could colour match silicone to the worktop. They have just fobbed me off saying they have been doing it this way for 10 years! It really is a case of when they have your cash their responsibility ends. Avoid this company. There are companies out there which charge a lot less money. The company refusing to change the silicone colour to keep a customer happy is outrageous. The tops look cheap at a very inflated price!!
UPDATE: May 28th. Had discussions with customer support. Basically if my husband sources a matching silicone they will come and replace the white. Husband not happy. So sad that a couple of £’s worth of silicone has ruined this experience.

From the first call, this company delivered on all of their promises. Knowledgeable, competent, courteous.

Reece and his colleague came down from Bradford and installed our granite worktops , splashback and upstands and it looks absolutely amazing, we had to push back a few times due to delays with the kitchen but the quality and install of our new worktops has made it all worth while. Big thankyou to MayfairWorktops and we would highly recommend.

We recently had quartz worktops, upstands and island fitted and can not fault the service received . Beautiful quality and craftmanship . All the team were friendly and accommodating and even my fitter was impressed by the service provided . I would definitely recommend this company for their expertise and attention to detail they did fantastic job
