This company advertised a dropped shock compatible shock for 3" front 5" rear. Received shocks, there factory length. 11/2" travel before bottoming out rear have 2" travel. Company refuses to replace with advertised dropped shock even went as far to claim no shocks listed for my truck although there advertisement states otherwise. Save your money buy a different brand

My order never showed up. After 3 weeks of the run around I finally gave up. Now I am just waiting to see if they actually refund my money. Not going to hold my breath on that. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever delta with in my life! Excuse after excuse of why my order didnt show up. Pathetic excuse of a company. My advice to anyone who is trying to save a few bucks is dont do it with this company!

This company frauded us many times. They didnt return money for returned parts. Beware !!!! They are scammers !!!

I purchased coilover parts from Maxpeedingrods that were described to fit my vehicle. The parts do not fit, the mount holes are no way close. I was told by a company rep to make an unsafe modification to the mount bottom to force the fit. The company would not make the situation right by replacing with correct parts or refunding the item. Was out of the 14 day return and told that I installed the part. You can't install the part because it does not fit. Was recommended to try to offload the item and sell them to someone else. If they gave me the parts to fit as an exchange, no problem, I would be satisfied. That is not what they had in mind,they want me to be ok with $500 useless suspension parts. It is disturbing that they recommended it as ok to ride on a modified part. I just wanted the parts that fit my vehicle. Plenty of advertising dollars they spend on social media. Not a good look to advertise and sell parts that do not work, i consider it as theft. I do not recommed anyone to do business with a company that operates in this manner.

Great customer service and support

I had an issue with the air strut that was purchased with this company. After speaking with Jason they will send out to me a new set of air strut for my 2005 E55 Mercedes Benz. There was no hazzle at all.

I bought a set of Con Rods for my Porsche 914 engine from Max Speeding as they were advertised for use in this engine, however these DO NOT FIT a 914 Engine. The issue is that the tangs for the bearings are in the wrong place for the big-end bearings. When contacting their customer support, they do not even acknowledge that their product was manufactured to the wrong specification. They are not willing to refund me the money, as these rods are now useless to me. Avoid at all costs as I am £427 out of pocket.
