DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Unfortunately I saw these reviews too late...Received my order pretty quick but it was not even close as the pictures online. Send everything back with track&trace. Still waiting for the total refund. First it was within 15-20 days, then 15-30 days and to my surprise, 15-40 days! They are GREAT!!! in excuses mails...

Still waiting for my refund 3 months laters ! None of the items look like the website and took 2 months for the full order to actually be delivered .

It is an excelent place for shopping, there are wide variety of shoes , the price is good comparing with other in the same quality
The customers service is exterrmly good you can feel comfortable withe them even if you buy nothing

There is a very large varity of shoes in very very good price and the shipment was right on time. There is also a very decent collection od women and kids wear. Haven't tried them yet but i think they are going to be ok too. But the prices are sensible, cost me a lot less as compared to shopping in other stores.

Extremely good quality in very much reasonable prices. It took only a week and i got the stuff i ordered.would definitely recommend shopping online here on this store. I just dont understand people who are giving bad reviews. I'll soon be ordering more stuff and I'm going to try shoes this time. Also the kids variety is very good, going to gifts some clothes to my brother's kids.

they had never let me down for my several orders and was always impressed by their quality and standards on which they did not compromised even once.

They are cheating!!! PLEASE, never use this site and SAVE YOUR MONEY! They are fake and they are stealing your money without any responsibility! They are only good enough to write excuse emails!

Very disappointing, I ordered 4 items , with the promise of 7 to 15 days delivery, if I paid extra freight . Only one arrived and the sizing was so wrong, 2 sizes too big,after using thieir sizing chart.. when I tried to return, I was offered an $8 voucher instead . I cancelled the balance of the order, but they said they could not refund the freight, on the items not yet dispatched??? And they have offered only vouchers as a refund. I would never buy from them again.

I did an emergency shopping and this was a bulk purchase, it was promised free delivery and for sure that was what I got, their products were exactly as described and their sizing system was perfect, one time I had a problem with tracking the goods so I had to contact the customer care they were ever ready 24/7 all nice and understood exactly what my problem was, am definitely ordering again for my upcoming dinner party

As far as my experiences are concerned, I have order several times from maxpassion and they have always treated me the best and have never once let me down.Their product quality is superb consistently specialy the beauty products are the best ! as far as their customer support is concerned , I had to get one of their products changed because it got damaged during shipment . their support helped me 24/7 and guide throughout the replacement procedure.
overall an amazing place to shop at very affordable rates.
RECOMMENDED.

Total thief's. Placed an order and then got told my purchase delivery will be delayed 2 months. I requested to cancel the order and get a full refund. They said it is being processed and I have now been waiting 3 months. No refund. Total scammers.

Its now 3 months and i haven't received the three dresses i ordered. when you send an email all you get is auto responses. They are never helpful. am tired of waiting

I had been waiting one month to get the product but it was not available. It has been almost two months waiting to get a refund. I do not trust it will never happen.

I am writing this review to protect future customers from losing money and experiencing this service from online companies.

Dresses that arrive FAR AWAY from quality advertised, they use the CHEAPEST material like plastic 😡 Do Not be SCAMMED

HORRIFIC QUALITY - DO NOT BUY - bought three dresses, only one actually arrived - looked NOTHING like the photo. JUST AWFUL!

A very dishonest company.I didn’t get the dress I ordered.The garment I received was totally different. I sent it back and had it tracked .They received the dress I returned and threatened me to cancel my PayPal dispute. I didn’t cancel the dispute and they have been extremely difficult.I can’t recommend max passion .The quality is terrible and they refuse to refund the total amount. Don’t believe their threats and continue to dispute.Max Passion has to be stopped.They are not honest and thanks to pay pal they are looking into my dispute. Please do not be scammed by this company.

The items they have pictures on their site do not represent the quality of items you actually received. What I received were items made of thin, cheap material. The site, however, indicates items made of thicker, higher-quality material. Of course, all of the "reviews" posted on their site are 5 stars. They do not include anything other than 5-star reviews which is misleading to potential buyers. Never again. I should have known.
